Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Canada: FREE standard shipping on all orders.

  • United States: FREE standard shipping on all orders.

We do not currently ship to destinations outside of Canada and the United States.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

  • Estimated Delivery (Canada): 3-7 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery (United States): 5-10 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. TÉLIA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
